Delivery Information

Energybulbs know that one of the most important issues when shopping online is how quickly will I recieve my order and how much will it cost. We charge one set shipping fee of only £3.95 for orders up to £75 and free delivery on orders above this value. We have taken steps with our products to make sure that all orders placed via our site will be shipped with in a maximum of 48 hours of order placement and usually the same day if ordered before 12.00pm. We use only two services to despatch products dependent on weight and Value and these are:- Royal Mail Recorded DHL Next Day Courier These two national providers allow us to get your order to you as efficiently as possible with no delays. All orders will be delivered between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm and will require a signature on delivery. If for any reason there is a delay we can tell you exactly where your order is at any time and keep you updated.
