When purchasing from Energybulbs we want you to buy with confidence. By supplying only the highest quality premium products we have the confidence to be able to Guarantee our products against failure. Low Energy bulbs are not cheap to purchase and failures and breakages can eat in to the savings that you are looking at making. As we deal direct with the manufacturers we offer a 6 month return to base Guarantee on all Low Energy bulbs.  If a bulb fails during this period simply return it to us and we will replace it with one of equal or better performance. All Guarantees start from the date of purchase. Returns Policy In the event that any goods supplied are faulty , they will be replaced free of charge or your money refunded in full (at your discretion). Refunds for unwanted or damaged goods will be made if you notify us by email or in writing of your intent to return within 14 days of receipt of the goods. It is YOUR responsibility to return the goods safely to us at YOUR cost. We comply with the requirements of Distance Selling Regulations 2000. You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after the date of placing the order. If you wish to return unwanted goods for refund or exchange, they must be returned in the original packaging, unmarked and undamaged. It is YOUR responsibility to pack to items securely and YOU must pay for the return costs.
